Mary and Keith Pedersen of Jefferson are the parents of a daughter, Samantha Mae, born March 27. She weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20-1/2 inches long. She is welcomed by her sister Delaney, who just turned 2.
Grandparents are Dave and Rita Pedersen of Jefferson and Bill and Rita Hesson of Iowa City.
